Brolly July 2022 Release Notes

Below is a description of the July 2022 features released and updates for the Brolly software. These new features apply to all users and administrators.

 

Feature 1: Progress Monitoring Log Templates

WHAT:

Before this release, you were unable to create a progress monitoring log template like with service logs. With this release though, users now have the option to create and use progress monitoring log templates that will populate students and goals to make logging faster.

 

FOR PROVIDERS:

From your homepage, simply click on “Logs” in the left-hand sidebar and select “Progress Monitoring Beta.” After you fill out your progress monitoring log, select “Save New Template” at the bottom of the log form before you click “Submit.” If you wish to use a previously made template, click the arrow under “Select Log Template (Optional)” and select your template. 

 

 

Feature 2: Template and Caseload Reset

WHAT:

To make preparing for the new school year easier, Brolly has added a better way to reset old templates and caseloads. Before the release, you had to manually delete each template and caseloads individually but now, we offer an easier way to delete multiple templates and caseloads at once.

 

ADMIN:

From your homepage, click “Student” in the left-hand sidebar and then “View Log Templates.” Next, check the box next to any templates you would like to delete. Once you have selected all the boxes, click the “Delete selected log templates” button that appears at the top of the page. To select all templates for deletion at once, select the box next to “Template Name” and then click the “Delete selected log templates” button.

 

From your homepage, click “Users” and “View Caseloads.” Next, check the box next to any caseloads you would like to delete. Once you have checked the boxes by templates you want deleted, “Delete selected caseloads” button will appear at the top. Click the red button to delete the selected caseload. To select all caseloads for deletion, select the box next to “Provider” and then click the red button.


 

 

PROVIDERS:

From your homepage, click “Manage” in the left-hand sidebar and “Manage Log Templates.” Next, check the box next to any templates you would like to delete. Once you have checked the boxes by templates you want deleted, “Delete selected log templates” button will appear at the top. Click the red button to delete the selected templates. To select all templates for deletion, select the box next to “Template Name” and then click the red button.
