If you have a SameGoal student that is not syncing with Brolly, follow these troubleshooting steps. Once any issues are fixed, the student should sync with Brolly within 24-48 hours.


1. Check your student’s status to ensure they are active

 

Inactive students will not be synced with Brolly.



Inactive student statuses include:

  • Transferred
  • Withdrew
  • Dropped Out
  • Graduated
  • Historical/Other
  • Historical/Idle

 

2. Check to ensure that your student has at least one "Individual Education Program" document

 

Students without this document will not be synced with Brolly.


 

3. Check to ensure that the IEP document is complete

 

Incomplete documents will not be synced with Brolly. Complete documents will show a lock icon on the student’s document list.

 

4. Check to ensure that the IEP document has valid dates

 

Documents without a meeting date, start date, or end date will not be synced with Brolly. Documents with dates that have expired will also not be synced with Brolly.



5. Check to ensure that the IEP document has at least one measurable annual goal

 

Students with an IEP document that has no measurable annual goals will not be synced with Brolly.
