Log templates are an easy way to set up groups of students and service information to make logging faster and more efficient. Below are the steps to setting up a log templates.


Creating a Log Template


Go to the Log Template page in the left-hand navigation.




Select the blue button +Create New Log Template.



Fill in the general information for your template:

  • Name - this is how you will identify the template when logging
  • Start/End Time (optional) - when does the service session start and end. Note: this can be updated when logging if there is a day with a different service time
  • Service Setting (optional) - the placement that services take place


Select Next in the bottom right-hand corner.




On the next page, select the student or students you would like to add to the template. You must select at least one student. Click Next once all the students are checked.


On the last page, select the goal and service for each student. You can select more than one goal and service is needed. When completed, select Done to create the template.



Editing a Log Template



Go to the Log Template page in the left-hand navigation.



Select the template you would like to edit.



Select which section of your template you would like to edit and click on the Edit button to open up the template editor.
