Under the Account page, you can find the Log Policies section in Brolly. Log Policies are are only available for district administrator level users. District admin can enable policies or disable policies for the whole district.
Disallow Weekend Dates
If you choose to turn this policy on, it will grey out all Saturday and Sunday dates, so your providers will not be able to log for a Saturday or Sunday date. They will be able to log for Monday through Friday dates even on the weekend.
School Calendar
The School Calendar feature allows you to add holidays or events to Brolly. Calendar events can be for all school sites or select sites. You can also choose to prohibit logging for events to ensure your providers do not accidentally log for days you are out of school.
Log Lockouts
Currently, Brolly is updating the Log Lockout feature. If you need data about late logs, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
Service Setting
The Service Setting feature will be automatically turned on to optional. If you do not want to collect service setting data, you can disable the "Do you want to track service settings?" feature in Brolly.
If you would like to require service settings be entered for every service tracking log, enable the Required feature.
Optional Benchmarks
The Optional Benchmarks feature will be disabled unless turned on. When this feature is disabled, providers MUST select a benchmark/objective when logging progress monitoring for students. When this feature is enabled, providers have a choice between selecting from the benchmark level or the goal level to log progress.
Multiple Benchmarks
The Multiple Benchmarks feature will be disabled unless turned on. When this feature is disabled, providers will only be able to select one benchmark/objective at a time when logging progress. If this feature is enabled, providers will be able to select multiple benchmarks/objectives when logging progress.
