1. Navigate to the Service Tracking Page




2. Select a log template or fill out the form on the right. Check out our article Using Log Templates While Service Tracking




3. Click "Next" in the lower right corner to proceed to student selection. 


4. Check the box next to each student's name you want to create logs for. Check out our article Sort, Filter & Group Tables.



5.Click "Next" again.



6. For each chosen student, check the box next to the service(s) they received. Not seeing the service you are looking for, Check out our article Expanding your Service or Goal Selection.


Note: A separate log will be created for each service assigned to a student. If multiple services are selected, the total time will be divided equally among those logs. 



7. Click on the "Select Goal" cell next to each service. Choose the relevant goal(s) from the dropdown menu for each service. 




8. Click "Done" in the lower right corner. This transfers all your selections to the service tracking grid.
