Brolly 2.1 is being released in July of 2024 and has some very exciting updates to the Brolly website and mobile app, including:


"Total" Service Fulfillment 

  • New model for calculating service fulfillment 

  • Easier to understand,

  • Handles make-up minutes

  • Improved visualizations to break service minutes into: Delivered, Missed/Excused, Reduced, and Remaining

  • Service fulfillment levels: added to Data Exploration for easier aggregation of students


Missed Service Tracking

  • Customizable district options for missed services, e.g. student absences, school event, student refused services, etc.
  • Service tracking data entry support for missed services

  • Reporting and visualizations for breakdown of minutes by delivered, missed, etc.


"Archiving" Overhaul

  • Control of archiving is now entirely in the users' control; Brolly will never archive students, goals, or services automatically
  • Improved statuses for syncing students, goals, and services
  • Better searching and controls for finding relevant services and goals based on date


User Data Exploration Improvements

  • Improved user data exploration dashboard, including a user-detail page for all activity from a single user (available to administrators)


User Access to Multiple Districts

  • Users can be granted access to multiple districts
  • Use a single Brolly login to access multiple districts


Student Notes

  • Track notes for students, in addition to service tracking and progress monitoring
  • Customizable district options for student note types
  • Replaces "Parent Contact" goals and services


Mobile App

  • Updated mobile app for iOS and Android to support multiple-district access, student notes, and missed/excused services


Other

  • Improved file uploads page with options for multiple files and better descriptions of file contents, types, etc.
  • Editable service names for synced services
  • Saving log templates directly from Service Tracking data entry page
  • Improved school calendar management
  • Renaming: Caseload → Student List
  • Redesign of log templates: splitting into separate areas for students, service tracking, and progress monitoring
