Enabling this setting will allow Administrators to set a specified timeframe that is acceptable to submit logs, ensuring that data is submitted close to the actual date the service or progress monitoring happened. Once enabled you will be able to run the Log Lockout Report and see which Users have submitted logs outside of the  specified timeframe.

To get to the Log Lockout Settings Page check out our article Log Settings

Once you have enabled Log Lockout a few more options will appear on the screen.

Lockout Approach

You have the option to show a warning to Providers when they log outside of the specified timeframe.
Note:  Log Lockout warning will only apply to Providers, if an Administrator logs outside of the window no warning will appear.

Days After Session

This is where you can set the limit for your specified time frame. Most districts that use this option set this number between 14-30 days.
